What if my handset does not respond to **** and say "Sipura Configuration Menu"? Older versions (prior to 1.0.31) of firmware had an issue that caused the SPA to be deaf to touch tones after a period of time. If you power-cycle the device and it still does not respond to ****, your unit may need to be replaced. Contact your service provider or point of purchase.
