Default Linksys SPA3000 Vs SPA-3102

Linksys SPA9000 Linksys SPA9000 PBX
A full-featured key system/PBX hybrid with 4 or more Linksys business phones (upgradable to 16).
Price: $299.95
Can anybody tell me difference between Linksys SPA3000 and SPA-3102?
One of the sales manager from voipsupply.com said SPA-3102 is same as SPA3000, but for the size of ROM to hold firmware, SPA-3102 has a bigger sized ROM.

Can anyone please confirm?

seems near impossible to get any info on this.

The model name *suggests* both things you say are going to be true.

In the past the SPA-2000 was replaced with the 2002 which was the same but with extra memory, so the "2" part of the 3102 seems to point to this being the same.

The SPA-2100 is similar to the SPA-2000/2002 but with a built in router and Lan port so the "1" in 3102 seems to suggest that it'll also have the router and Lan port.

Hayesey, you are perfectly right.... that was some genius work, to crack the code....

both the guesses are right. As I told you before, this one has 512K memory, I don't how much SPA3000 had before. But SPA3102 is confirmed to have a built-in router. I had mailed the technical support of Linksys, they confirms it.

So SPA3102, is same as SPA3000, but in addition to that, Its got a BUILT-IN router, and extra memory space.

I suppose the extra memory (and possibly extra processing power) would be there to allow 2 g729 calls simultaneiusly. At the moment, the SPA3000 is limited to only one low bandwidth codec call at a time.
